| 摘 要： | 中小企业竞争力是指中小企业在环境中进行资源优化配置的能力，它由核心竞争力、灵活性竞争力和集聚竞争力三个层面组成。依照这三种竞争力维度，结合波特基本竞争战略理论可以构成中小企业竞争力基本战略模型，构成各种类型的中小企业竞争力战略。

| Abstract: | The competence of the small and medium enterprises refers to a capability to maximize the resource allocationin the competitive environment. It consists of the core competence, the flexible competence, and the agglomeration competence. Such three competence means three dimensions which may be integrated into Michael Porter's theory of strategic competition, and by this way we may structure a fundamental model for the small and medium enterprises competence strategy. |
