浅析工业企业推行OHSMS过程中出现的主要问题及对策

世界各国经济联系日益紧密,市场竞争日益激烈。企业在工厂环境、员工的职业健康安全方面的标准化管理也成了竞争的有力手段。为了更好地和国际先进行业接轨,我国越来越多的工业企业采用并推行了职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS),但在建立和运行OHSMS中存在着诸多问题。本文拟就这些问题进行分析,进而提出一些有针对性的解决对策。

Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Industrial Enterprises OHSMS Implementation Process

The market competition became more and more intense. Standard management on site environment and employee occupational health and safety became the efficient competition measures. In order to match with the international advanced industries,more and more companies adopt and implement OHSMS,though there are many problems in the OHSMS establishment and implementation. This paper will give those companies several suggestions against the problems’ analysis.
