| 摘 要： | 民营物流企业经历了十几年的高速发展，有其自身的优势，面对着未来巨大的发展机遇，如何克服自身的不足，有效抵挡各种市场威胁力量成为战略性思考畸勺重点。文章分析了民营物流企业自身存在的三大劣势和五种主要市场威胁力量．并在此基础上提出了未来发展的三大战略重点。
