摘    要:液压传动技术被广泛应用于各种矿用设备,液压胶管总成作为液压传动系统中的辅助元件之一,在矿用设备实际使用过程中经常会出现损坏情况,导致液压系统出现渗漏油、液压元件损坏等现象,使矿用设备无法正常工作而造成损失。通过对各类型液压胶管总成在矿用设备实际使用过程中的损坏原因进行分析,提出相应的解决对策,从而提高液压胶管总成的使用寿命,使液压系统在矿用设备使用过程中能够安全可靠地运行。

Abstract:Hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in various mining equipment.The hydraulic hose assembly is one of the auxiliary components in the hydraulic transmission system.During the actual use of mining equipment,damage often occurs,resulting in oil leakage in the hydraulic system.The reason of damage to various types of hydraulic hose assemblies are analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed to increase the life of hydraulic hose assemblies and enable the hydraulic system to operate safely and reliably during the actual use of mining equipment.
