Discussion on the Safeguard Measures for the Implementation of Land Use Planning in Shenyang

The current land use master plan has problems such as lack of scientific,coordination and anticipation,resulting in frequent land use and waste of land.The theory,methods and implementation system of land use planning need to be innovated.This research is devoted to the establishment of more comprehensive land planning implementation safeguard measures,discusses the legal repair,administrative management,economic regulation,social supervision,science and technology protection,etc.,and hopes to promote the continuous updating and good development of land planning security measures in Shenyang.
