摘    要:随着科技的发展,越来越多新能源汽车投入使用,但是汽车动力电池电池容量低于80%就会报废,随之而来报废或者退役问题逐渐凸显出来。为了减少电池资源浪费等问题,不少学者提出梯次利用的方式,但是现在中国磷酸铁锂电池的回收方式并不完善,梯次利用上还处于起步阶段。本文主要在当下动力电池梯次利用的大背景下,以全生命周期优化管理为突破口,讨论当今磷酸铁锂动力电池的回收以及梯次利用,并在梯次利用中收集、筛选和分类上进行深入探讨,进一步优化梯次利用体系。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology,more and more new energy vehicles are put into use,but the battery capacity of automotive power batteries will be scrapped below 80%,and the problems of scrapping or decommissioning will gradually become apparent.In order to reduce the waste of battery resources and other issues,many scholars have proposed a method of step utilization,but the recycling method of lithium iron phosphate batteries in China is not perfect,and the step utilization is still in its infancy.This article mainly discusses the recycling of lithium iron phosphate current batteries and the use of the ladder in the current background of the power battery's ladder utilization,and takes the full life cycle optimization management as the breakthrough,and conducts an in-depth discussion on the collection,screening and classification of the ladder utilization,and further optimizes the step utilization system.
