跨越既有高速公路箱梁支架法现浇施工技术

摘    要:南林高速公路大广枢纽互通G匝道桥连续梁支架现浇施工时,除了满堂支架需满足大尺寸箱梁的承载及安全稳定要求外,为满足所跨越的大广高速公路的通行要求,需在支架内设置大跨度通行孔。采用常规型钢作纵梁难以承受本项目大跨度通行孔的弯矩荷载,由此带来了通行孔纵梁及支墩的材料选用及构造设计问题。本文介绍了大跨度通行孔及满堂支架的设计方案,以供需设置类似大跨度通行孔的工程作为参考。

Abstract:During the cast-in-situ construction of the continuous girder support of the G-ramp bridge connecting the Nanlin Expressway and the Guangzhou-Guangzhou hub,in addition to the full-frame support,it must meet the requirements for the bearing and safety and stability of large-sized box beams,in order to meet the traffic requirements of the Daguang Expressway that it crosses.It is necessary to set a large-span access hole in the bracket.The use of conventional steel as the longitudinal beam is difficult to bear the bending load of the long-span through-hole of the project,which brings about the problem of material selection and structural design of the longitudinal beam and the pier of the through-hole.This article introduces the design of long-span through-holes and full-frame brackets.It is used as a reference for the construction of similar long-span through-holes.
