食品安全监管可追溯体系构建

本文基于EPBFT算法构建食品安全监管可追溯体系,食品安全监管可追溯体系是一个软硬件综合系统,通过互联网平台或者手机等移动设备实现对食品采购、生产、流通整个周期的质量安全管理和相关信息进行查询。监管者和消费者可以通过食品包装上的标识信息回溯查询到食品生产流通到终端消费者所经历过的关键节点以及全流通过程。

The Construction of Food Safety Supervision Traceability System

This paper builds a food safety supervision traceability system based on EPBFT algorithm.The food safety supervision traceability system is a software and hardware integrated system.It implements quality and safety management and related information query for food procurement,production and circulation through mobile devices such as Internet platforms or mobile phones.Regulators and consumers can retrospectively query the key nodes and full circulation processes that food production flows to end consumers through the identification information on the food packaging.
