绿色再生轻骨料混凝土制备及力学性能的研究

摘    要:利用HC-1胶凝材料替代水泥与陶粒、砖为主的建筑垃圾作为骨料制备成绿色再生轻骨料混凝土,通过研究不同取代率,分析混凝土的工作性能及力学性能;实验结论得出最优配合比,不同取代率的混凝土坍落度、扩展度、干密度、抗压强度、导热系数随取代率的增加而增大,但静弹性模量呈降低趋势,且具有良好的保温效果。

Abstract:Green recycled lightweight aggregate concrete was prepared by using HC-1 cementitious material instead of cement,ceramsite and brick as the main construction waste as the aggregate.The working performance and mechanical properties of the concrete were analyzed by studying different substitution rates.The experimental results showed that the optimal mix ratio was obtained,and the slump,expansion,dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the concrete with different substitution rates were determined.However,the static modulus of elasticity decreases with the increase of temperature,and it has a good heat preservation effect.
