| 摘 要： | 邻里中心就是有着一定量的人口及完善的基础设施的生活基础地区。同时,邻里中心作为一种新型的社区商业形式,在现代人们的生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用及优势。基于此,笔者结合瓯海区的实际情况,对社区级邻里中心空间布局展开了针对性的研究。

| Abstract: | The neighborhood center is a basic living area with a certain amount of population and perfect infrastructure.At the same time,the neighborhood center,as a new type of community business,plays an increasingly important role and advantage in the lives of modern people.Based on this,the author carried out targeted research on the spatial layout of community-level neighborhood centers based on the actual situation of Ouhai District. |
