| 摘 要： | 居民垃圾分类意识淡薄、城市管理观念陈旧、有效监督机制缺乏、宣传手段单调以及垃圾分类回收产业链匮乏等问题,是我国城市垃圾分类回收发展的主要障碍。从市民层面及政府层面提出城市生活垃圾分类的具体策略。

| Abstract: | Residents'poor awareness of waste classification,outdated urban management concepts,lack of effective supervision mechanisms,monotonous propaganda methods,and lack of a waste separation and recycling industry chain are major obstacles to the development of China's urban waste separation and recycling.This paper proposes specific strategies for the classification of urban domestic waste from the citizen level and the government level. |
