摘    要:鉴于国内高速公路较好地形条件已修筑完成,随着高速高路的加密,一些地形较差的高速公路也出现。一些大桥跨越峡谷,河流。大量的高墩出现,为解决传统翻模施工安全问题,液压爬模错台、漏浆问题,滑翻结合墩柱定位困难,文章结合贵州省重遵扩容项目松坎特大桥高墩施工情况,提出了轻型封闭式翻模施工技术,可实现翻模拆模时的安全问题,有效的解决了模板错台、漏浆、安全爬梯与施工平台转换的问题。重点介绍了封闭式翻模的工作原理和功能特点,并对其在各施工工况下分析,结果表明其能满足施工要求。

Abstract:In view of the good topographic conditions of domestic expressways,some expressways with poor terrains have emerged as the highways have become denser.Some bridges cross canyons and rivers.A large number of high piers have appeared.In order to solve the traditional construction safety problems of hydraulic formwork,misplacement of hydraulic climbing formwork,leakage of slurry,and difficult positioning of slip and pier columns,the article combines the high pier construction conditions of the Songkan Super Large Bridge in Guizhou Province Chongzun expansion project and proposes the light closed formwork construction technology,which can solve the safety problems during mold removal and formwork removal,and effectively solve the problems of formwork misplacement,slurry leakage,safety ladder and construction platform conversion.The working principle and functional characteristics of the closed formwork are introduced in detail,and its analysis under various construction conditions shows that it can meet the construction requirements.
