鄂北调水装配式预应力预制渡槽施工

鄂北调水孟楼渡槽槽身段分为164跨,每跨30m的单榀预制预应力渡槽,重约1200t,采用装配式技术完成线形输水渡槽建设任务。槽身预制场划分为钢筋制安、混凝土浇筑、蒸养、预应力张拉、移槽存放5个施工模块区域;各模块区域独立平行作业,相互之间通过轨道连接,以流水线方式预制槽身。工程现场主要采用专用的提槽机、运槽车、架槽机[2]三种主要装备,完成渡槽场内预制与转存,长距离运输及架设。

Construction of Prefabricated Prestressed Aqueduct for North Hubei Water Transfer Project

The body of Menglou aqueduct of water diversion project in North Hubei Province is divided into 164 spans.Each span of30 m is a prefabricated prestressed aqueduct with a weight of about 1200 t.The fabricated technology is used to complete the construction of linear aqueduct.The tank body prefabrication yard is divided into five construction module areas,i.e.reinforcement fabrication and installation,concrete pouring,steam curing,prestressed tensioning,and tank transfer and storage;each module area operates independently and in parallel,and is connected with each other by track,and the tank body is prefabricated by assembly line.The project site is mainly equipped with three main equipment,namely,special lifting machine,transport vehicle and trestle machine,to complete the prefabrication,transfer and storage,long-distance transportation and erection in the aqueduct yard.
