| Abstract: | The local tax reform to raise tax is aimed at helping the local finance out of predicament.But neither resources tax nor housing property tax can compare with the hugel and revenue,which totals 3 trillion annually.And therefore,it is difficult for the tax reform to replace local landfinance. |
