| 摘 要： | 文章认为,地勘单位实行企业化经营,宏观层面上要求经营主体建立现代企业制度,微观层面上需要有具备企业家精神的经营者,而关键是制度创新.文章从产权、法人制理结构、人力资源地位三方面对地勘单位制度创新和企业化经营进行了思考.

| Abstract: | The demand for running geological prospecting units as enterprise is that entity should establish modern enterprise system on macro-level and that managements should have the spirit of entrepreneu on micro-level. The key for this is to innovate system. The paper analyses system innovation, business management from three aspects of property rights, govern structure of legal person and position of human resources. |
