论"中国式比较经济学"的构建

中国式比较经济学应构建三方面的比较内容。首先是经济关系。主要从产权关系、职权关系、社会契约关系这三大经济关系来比较分析各类国家的经济制度与经济体制;其次是经济运行比较。主要从计划与市场两种调节力量、自由放任与政府干预两种运行状态、产权与职权两种约束关系等,来比较分析各种经济运行问题;第三是经济发展比较。根据经济发展的内含,主要对各类国家的经济发展道路、社会变革与经济发展、工业化模式、开放经济模式等进行比较分析,揭示经济发展的相关规律。

On the Establishment of Chinese Comparative Economics

The establishment of Chinese comparative economics has to be conducted in three aspects1) comparison of economic relationships-analyze and compare the economic system of various countries in terms of three kinds of relationshipsproperty right, authority and social contract; 2) comparison of economic operation-compare and analyze various economic problems in terms of two adjustment forces (plan and market), two operation statuses (unrestrained freedom and government intervention), and two kinds of restraining relationships (property right and employee's right); 3) comparison of economic development -compare and analyze, according to the connotation of economic development, the economic development approaches, social reform, economic development. mode of industrialization, mode of opening up economy in various countries so as to reveal the relevant rules in economic, development.
