| 摘 要： | 对原有证券投资基金的清理与规范是近两年中国证券市场监管与规范的重要内容 ,其中扩募是规范中的重要环节。本文全面系统地分析了影响扩募的各种因素 ,并提出了规避扩募风险的防范措施 ,对已规范而尚未扩募发行的基金的扩募有重要的参考意义。
