摘    要:提升生鲜农产品流通效率对推动乡村战略的实施具有重要作用。在考虑生鲜农产品特性基础上,引入碳排放指标,运用三阶段DEA对2015—2019年全国生鲜农产品冷链物流效率进行测度。研究表明,生鲜农产品冷链物流效率在全国不同地区之间存在差异,主要受环境因素影响,碳排放量与所选取的环境变量正相关。最后提出调整产业结构、协调发展差异以及促进技术革新的对策建议,为提升全国生鲜农产品冷链物流效率,推动乡村振兴提供借鉴与参考。

Evaluation of Fresh Agricultural Produce Cold Chain Logistics Efficiency Based on Three-stage DEA
Abstract:Improving the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products is of great significance in promoting the implementation of the rural strategy. Considering the characteristics of fresh agricultural products, carbon emission indexes are introduced and three-stage DEA is applied to measure the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products nationwide from 2015 to 2019. The result shows that the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products varied among different regions of the country and was mainly influenced by environmental factors, and carbon emissions are positively correlated with the selected environmental variables. Finally, countermeasure suggestions for adjusting the industrial structure, coordinating development differences, and promoting technological innovation are proposed to provide reference for improving the national fresh agricultural products cold-chain logistics efficiency and promoting rural revitalization.
