摘    要:当前,文化与旅游融合已成为我国旅游研究的热点命题,如何在广泛对比的基础上,重塑文化与旅游产业边界,探索文化与旅游融合的可能路径是现实经济发展的需要。本文从文旅产业差异的视角出发,从以下3个层次探讨了文化与旅游差异:国家机构设置方面,多数放在商务与产业部、或独立成部;产业内部结构方面,类别差异和口径设置差异是旅游区别于文化产业的关键;景区层面,其文化价值和旅游价值存在较复杂的错位关系,与区域经济发展存在互动影响。最后,结合当前经济形势和文旅融合对国民消费的影响,从文化资源与产品旅游化、旅游资源与产品文化化出发,构建了文旅融合的理论模式与实践路径。

Abstract:At present,the integration of culture and tourism has become a hot topic in China's tourism research.How to reshape the boundary of culture and tourism industry on the basis of extensive comparison and explore the possible path of cultural and tourism integration is the need of real economic development.From the perspective of cultural and tourism industry differences,this paper discusses the cultural and tourism differences from the following three levels:most of the national institutions are set up in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,or independent ministries;in terms of the internal structure of the industry,category difference and calibre setting difference are the key to distinguishing tourism from cultural industry;at the scenic spot level,there is a complex dislocation relationship between its cultural value and tourism value,and there is an interactive impact on regional economic development.Finally,combined with the current economic situation and the impact of cultural tourism integration on national consumption,the paper constructs the theoretical model and practical path of cultural tourism integration from the perspective of cultural resources and product tourism,tourism resources and product culture.
