云南生物医药产业发展现状及融资效率研究

对云南生物医药产业2016—2020年的发展规模、经营状况及贸易变化进行分析，并运用数据包络分析（data envelopment analysis,DEA）方法对云南生物医药上市企业的融资效率进行评估。结果表明：云南生物医药产业总产值稳步增长，规模以上生物医药企业经营水平显著提升，新冠疫情对生物医药商品的出口造成一定冲击；尽管云南生物医药上市企业融资的综合效率较高，但规模效率呈现递减趋势。基于此，提出建立创新集群制度、数字服务平台及产业发展基金的对策建议。

Research on the Development Status and Financial Support Efficiency of Biomedical Industry in Yunnan

The development scale, operation status and trade changes of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry from 2016 to 2020 are analyzed , and the financing efficiency of Yunnan biopharmaceutical listed enterprises is evaluated by using data envelopment analysis(DEA)method. The results show that the total output value of Biomedical industry in Yunnan had grown steadily, and the business level of biomedical enterprises above designated size had improved significantly. The COVID-19 pandemic exerted a certain impact on the export of biomedical commodities. Although the comprehensive financing efficiency of listed biomedical enterprises in Yunnan was high, the scale efficiency showed a decreasing trend. Therefore, the countermeasures and suggestions of establishing innovation cluster system, digital service platform and industrial development fund were put forward.
