多层承压水厚砂层中地连墙施工关键技术

摘    要:以北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽某标段地连墙工程为背景,针对富含多层承压水厚砂层中地连墙施工过程中,因关键技术控制不当,导致地连墙垂直度超标、塌孔、侵限、露筋、渗漏等质量风险问题,对交通枢纽部分地连墙施工关键技术及预防措施进行探讨和总结,为今后类似地层地连墙设计和施工提供参考借鉴。

Key Technology of Diaphragm Wall Construction in Multi-layer Confined Water Thick Sand Layer
Abstract:Taking the diaphragm wall project of a bid section of Beijing deputy center city comprehensive transportation hub as the background,aiming at the construction process of diaphragm wall in thick sand layer rich in multi-layer confined water,due to the improper control of key technologies, lead to diaphragm wall verticality deviation,hole collapse,intrusion,exposed bars,leakage and other quality problems, the key technologies and preventive measures for the construction of diaphragm wall of transportation hub are discussed and summarized.The provides reference for the design and construction of similar diaphragm wall in the future are put forward.
