| 摘 要： | 国际战略联盟已成为中国企业获取国外先进知识的理想途径。但是实践中利用国际联盟获取知识的努力却很难达到预期效果。文章探讨联盟经验和合作技能对知识获取的影响。文章结论是：企业的一般联盟经验有利于其合作技能提高和获取知识；而企业的联盟伙伴专有经验影响较为复杂，随着联盟伙伴专有经验的丰富，其对合作技能和知识获取的影响呈现先边际递减趋势。只有当联盟经验转变为企业的合作技能时，才能更好地获取知识。
