| Abstract: | This paper integrated corporate social responsibility （CSR）into the enterprise strategic management planning by virtue of balanced scorecard. Through analyzing the integration of the four aspects of balanced scorecard and the four items of CSR, at the same time, representing the rationality and inevitability of the implementation of CSR in the enterprise strategic management, we＇d like to offer a theoretical foundation for enterprises to implement the strategic management of CSR. |
