| 摘 要： | 本文以福建省农村村民建房用地的情况为例 ,分析了农村村民建房用地的现状和特点。指出了农村村民建房用地中存在的诸如布局不合理、用地不科学、违法用地多、收费不统一等问题。分析了产生这些问题的原因 ,并从体制、机制、法制、管理等方面提出了解决这些问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the current situation and characteristics of land-use for housing by villagers, and goes on looking at some problems,such as irrational distribution; paying no attention to scientific land use; many illegal land-use cases and no national-uniform charge standard. Based on analysis of cause, the papaer points out some specific measures from the sysytem,mechnism, legal and management. |
