中国农民进城打工的实证研究

调查表明,进城打工者以青年为主、找工作方式有很大的盲目性、务工时间长、工作超时、收入较低、以低工资行业和体制外单位为主,就业状况较差;自身素质、家庭、宏观环境成为进城打工的障碍,劳动强度过大、技能培训缺乏、子女上学难、工作环境差、权益受侵害等都是进城工作后遇到的难题,影响了进城打工及其在城市工作的稳定性。政府应通过提高民工素质、加强中介服务、统筹社会服务、保护民工权益等,以促进农民进城打工。

Survey indicates that the migrant worker-s in young and middle-aged city primarily,transfer mode has great blindness,working time longer,work overtime,income is low and with low wages industry and the system unit outside primarily,employment situation is poor;Their own quality,family,macro environment has become the obstacle,working off-farm excessive labor intensity,no skill training,their children to school,the difficult work environment is bad,rights violated town etc.Are all working after their problem,influence the farmers working off-farm workers work in the city and stability.The government should through improving the migrant workers quality,and enhancing the intermediary service,overall social services,protect the rights of migrant workers,etc,in order to promote farmer working off-farm.
