绿色设计方案优选的多指标综合排序法

摘    要:产品设计决定了资源的利用率和产品生命周期各阶段对环境的影响,所以在设计时就要充分考虑其绿色属性,解决产品生命周期在众多因素影响下的设计方案优选问题。论述了绿色设计方案优选的评价指标体系,运用多指标综合排序原理,进行指标无量纲化、无极性化处理,以统一量纲和极性,便于计算绿色产品的设计方案的综合价值,进行被选方案的综合排序。并以绿色冰箱为例,进行了实际应用。评价方法的客观性强,便于操作。

Abstract:Product's design determines both the utilized extent of resources and the influenced extent on the environment during all phases of its lifecycle Therefore, the green attributes should be taken into account as early as designing in order to select the design scheme subject to numbers of emerging factors The assessment indexes system on design schemes' selecting is set up in terms of the theory of synthetically sorting After eliminating indexes' dimensions and polarities, the synthetical value can be calculated In addition, the synthetically sorting result is concluded Taking the green refrigerator for example, the model is applied into practice The assessment approach is convenient to operating with great objectivity
