| 摘 要： | 网运分离是铁路运输体制改革的最终目标，将给铁路货物运输带来深远的影响，从货运资产的划好、货运业务流、货运信息流、货运资金流等各方面都将发生较大的变化。为此，本文结合铁路体制改革的构想，对改革后的铁路物流进行了分析和描述。

| Abstract: | The separateness between upside transfer and infrautructure net is the final goal of railay transportation system reform, it will bring on a far-reaching influence to the railway freightage, such as the division of freightage asset, the freightage operation flow, the freightage information flow and the freightage bankroll etc. Therefor the railway logistics after reform is analyzed and described in this paper hanging together with the design of railway transportation system reform. |
