| 摘 要： | 在过去的几百年中,矿物化石炼制极大地推动了人类社会经济的发展,但是同时也引发了严重的资源与环境问题。低碳经济是人类社会可持续发展的出路所在,其内涵不仅包括生产、生活各方面以技术创新带动的节能减排,还包括CO2的浓集再利用。低碳经济的发展依赖于产业结构、能源结构及消费结构的调整,需要政策法规的支持与扶植,更需要科技创新的支撑。
