广东省经济转型中的就业问题

我国现正处于经济转型时期，这一时期的就业有其自有的特征。本文从经济转型的基本理论入手，推导出了经济转型时期的就业特征，即劳动力资源配置方式的转变、就业结构与产业结构的适配以及劳动者素质的普遍提高，并结合广东省的实际情况，对广东省在经济转型时期的就业问题作了实证分析，同时提出了解决广东省在经济转型中失业的政策建议。

The Employment in the Process of Economic Transform in Guangdong

China is in the process of economic transform. The employment in the period has unique features. Applying the theory of economic transform, the paper points out that the employment in the period is characteristic of shift of distribution of human resources, shift of distribution of motive resources, the arrangement of employment structure and industrial structure and the general improvement of the qualities of laborers. With the consideration of the reality of Guangdong Province, the paper makes a practical analysis of the employment in the economic transform period in Guangdong. It puts forward political countermeasures decrease unemployment in the province.
