面向中原城市群的循环经济评价研究

面对生态建设和环境保护的形势日益严峻，按照科学发展观的要求，大力发展循环经济，加快建立资源节约型社会，显得尤为重要和迫切。在对循环经济的基本内涵和目标正确把握的基础上，构建了循环经济评价指标体系，采用了主成分分析的方法对河南省中原城市群的九个省辖市循环经济发展状况进行了评价、比较与分析，得到了各城市的循环经济相对发展状况与水平，目的是提供循环经济的评价思路与方法，同时为中原城市群循环经济发展决策提供参考。

Research on the Circular Economy Evaluation of Central Plain Cities

With the increasingly rigorous situation of ecological construction and environment Protection, it appears conspicuously that importance and urgence to mightily develop a circular economy and accelerate the establishment of a resource saving oriented society by the requirement of scientific development view. On the base of connotation and goal of circular economy, it builds up a circular economy evaluating index system, which use the main component analyzing method to evaluate, compare and analyse nine cities of central plain cities, and obtain the development situation and level of each city. The goal of analyzing is to provide an evaluating thoughtway and method, and supply some reference for the decision of circular economy development in central plain cities.
