社会主义新农村建设的实现路径

建设社会主义新农村既是全面集中解决“三农问题”的重大举措,也是从根本上改变我国农村落后面貌,促使我国由传统的农业弱国向工业强国转变的一项宏大的社会系统工程。建设社会主义新农村应从提高农民收入水平、推进农业产业化经营、发展农村文化和加强基层组织建设四个关键问题上着力,按要求有计划、分步骤扎实推进。

Building socialist new rural is not only a great act of fully and intensively solving the " PAC" problem, but also is a social system engineering to change the backwardness in China's rural areas and make our country from the traditional weak agriculture nation to industrial power. We should exert ourselves from four aspects to build new socialist rural, improve strongly and designedly as required. The four aspects are increasing the income level, promoting agricultural industrialization, developing rural culture and strengthening the constructing of grassroots organizations.
