| 摘 要： | 采用多指标综合价值评定法，从经济基础及现状水平、经济和社会发展条件、资源状况、区位政策和投资情况、经济活力等5大方面，对西部地区12个省(市、自治区)的投资环境进行了总体评价，以使西部各省市区对自己的投资环境做到心中有数。
