| 摘 要： | 从供需视角探讨了环境问题的实质,认为环境问题实质上是对环境产品供给日趋减少,需求日趋增加,供给急速地逼近需求、小于需求甚或供给为零的揭示。基于这一把握提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | This article explores the essence of environmental issues through the angel of supply and demand.We find that environmental issues in fact reveals that the supply of environmental products is reducing gradually,the demand of environmental products is increasing gradually,Supply is rapidly approaching demand or supply is becoming less than demand or supply is zero.According to the above conclusions,we make a number of policy recommendations. |
