| 摘 要： | 运用区域科技创新的基本理论，借助SPSS统计分析软件，运用主成分分析法计算出长株潭地区14个县市区科技创新能力的综合得分，并依据其综合得分进行单因子聚类，将长株潭地区划分为4个层次，分析了各等级县域的相对优势、薄弱环节，对今后发展提出若干建议。认为长株潭地区在今后的科技发展中，应充分发挥长沙市区、株洲市区两大创新极的示范辐射和扩散效应，带动全区域科技发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic theory of regional scientific & technological innovation,authors calculate the comprehens- ive innovation ability of 14 counties in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan areas by means of SPSS software,Factor Analys- is and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis.The innovation ability for these countries is divided into for levels.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these countries,some suggestions for their development are proposed.It is considered that more attention should be paid to the demonstration and radiation from Changsha and Zhuzhou cities for promoting the Hi-tech development of regional development. |
