| Abstract: | Based on its concentrating characteristic,this paper concludes the ten functions of conference: concentrating time,concentrating energy,concentrating power,concentrating intelligence,concentrating emotion,concentrating information,concentrating spirited atmosphere,concentrating witness,concentrating property,and concentrating supervision,etc.The author also puts forward his own understanding of recognizing and exerting these functions properly. |
