| 摘 要： | 检察机关公诉部门不仅承担着追诉犯罪职能,还承担着对公安机关侦查部门、法院审判机关和检察院自侦部门的刑事诉讼监督职能。但是在执行此职能时,由于法律不完善、监督意识薄弱、监督能力不高等原因,监督中存在着种种问题。因此,要通过完善立法、培养公诉工作人员监督能力和监督意识,建立协调机制等手段来加以解决。
