| 摘 要： | 2008年6月27日正式实施的欧盟<关于限制全氟辛烷磺酸销售及使用的指令>(简称PFOS指令)成为继WEEE、ROHS和EUPS等指令后又一横亘在我国对外贸易中的技术性贸易壁垒.文章从短期和中长期角度,对该壁垒对我国纺织品贸易带来的短期的负面效应和中长期存在正面效应的双重贸易效应进行理论分析,并结合当前我国纺织品行业PFOS的应用及其影响,指出我国纺织品出口应采取的对策.
