| Abstract: | Compared with eastern area,the economic growth of the western region is obviously weak.The disparity between east and west is expanded day by day.In the course of western development,the unofficial system is playing an important role.How to optimize the unofficial system,overcome its hindrance function on economic development,promote the western fast development,has already become the important research subject. |
