长江中游城市群经济差异测度与格局研究

长江中游城市群要想实现区域内部协调发展、形成城市群竞争优势，必须先分析其内在的差异。研究城市群区域经济差异就是整合城市群内部资源，促进城市群合理分工协调发展的先决条件与必要环节。本文综合运用标准差指数、变异系数、锡尔系数测度了2005～2015年间长江中游城市群总体以及三大子城市群内部与区域间的经济差异；研究发现，长江中游城市群总体经济差异呈扩大趋势，区内三大子城市群间的经济差异较为明显，但在逐步缩小；三大子城市群中的长株潭城市圈、环鄱阳湖城市群内部经济差异在扩大，成为总体差异增长的主要贡献者。最后，本文依据长江中游城市群经济差异测度结果，分析了其当前面临的主要问题，并提出了多中心多节点的发展格局。

The Study of Regional Economic Differences and Layouts of Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

In order to achieve balanced regional development , we must understand the differences that exist in the regional econo-my . Based on economic differences perspective , firstly , this paper has reviewed and summarized the theories and research methods about the regional economic differences . And then , we use standard deviation , coefficient of variation and Theil index to measure the total and inter-regional economic differences from 2005 to 2015 . We find that the total difference shows an enlarging trend;at the same time , the differences within the 3 sub-urban agglomerations are obvious , but the gap is gradually narrowing;instead , the gaps in Changsha -Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and urban agglomeration around Poyang Lake are expanding , which become a major contributor to total difference growth . Finally , combining our research , we give the advice about the spindles to build the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration .
