| 摘 要： | 案例教学法作为一种具有实践性、针对性、启发性和研究性的教学方法,早已受到法学界及教育界的普遍重视。随着网络的普及,以及多媒体技术在人们生活中的广泛应用,如何把这种新兴的现代化教学工具和媒介的优势与案例教学模式有机结合起来,如何在网络环境下组织案例教学,成为教学实践探索的课题。
