国有煤炭企业人力资源开发管理的现状及思考

摘    要:人力资源是煤炭企业生存和发展的基础,是重筑企业核心竞争力的关键因素。但煤炭企业人才密度较低,引进人才不易,流失严重等问题已经阻碍了企业的进一步发展,建立良好的人才引进机制,要完善员工培训制度,改善条件,留住人才,依托高校,构建煤炭专业特色人才市场和开发管理体系成为克服这些问题的关键。

Abstract:Human resource is the base of the subsistence and development of coal enterprises,the key factor in rebuilding the core competitiveness of the enterprises.However,the situation of lacking talents is serious,and it's not easy to attract talents to the mining system.The huge brain drain has seriously hampered the further development of the enterprises.So some measures have to be taken in order to solve the problems: constructing good talent indraught mechanism,improving employees' training system and living,working conditions,attracting talents,relying on talent resources in colleges and universities,constructing talent market and the system of development and management with distinct features of the mining system.
