| 摘 要： | 文章通过对安徽省蒙城县岳东养鸡协会的个案分析，探讨了农民专业合作社发展困境的成因，认为组织体制不完善、资金短缺、市场不稳定是发展困境的现实原因，“文化堕距”是发展困境的深层次原因。据此，应加大财政、税收、信贷支持，完善农村市场体制，建立科学合理的运行机制，开展合作知识教育，促使农民改变观念，引导农民进行高层次的合作。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of Yuedong chicken Association, this article has discussed the plight of farmer professional cooperative. The real causes of the plight are the imperfect organizational structure, a shortage of funds and the unstable market. The deep-seated cause is ＂culture lag＂. Accordingly it is necessary to increase financial, taxation, and credit support, improve the ru- ral market system, and establish a scientific and reasonable operating mechanism and carry out cooperation education, and guide farmers to undertake high-level cooperation. |
