摘    要:自中国零售业全面向外资开放以来,中国传统百货业将面临着外部与内部更激烈的市场竞争,与其它业态相比,百货业处于劣势,这主要是由百货业自身的特点所决定的。因此,现代百货零售业应针对自身特点,明确市场定位,以便在新世纪的商战中立于不败之地。

Abstract:Since China's retaili ndustry fully opened to foreign investment, China has been a traditional department store industry will face more intense internal and external competition in the market, compared with other Format, department store industry at a disadvantage, mainly in the department store industry itself from the characteristics of decision. So Hyundai Department Store retail should address its own characteristics, clear market positioning, so in the new century to war invincible.
