浅析我国中小企业融资信用担保体系的发展与完善

中小企业是推动国民经济发展,构造市场经济主体,促进社会稳定的基础力量。为了突破制约中小企业发展的瓶颈——资金不足问题,必须不断完善有中国特色的信用担保体系。因此从信用担保体系的目标入手,通过分析信用担保体系的注意点,提出了完善我国信用担保体系的建议。
