| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,科技兴贸一直被国家置于战略高度。然而该战略却有些先天不足,主要体现在从当前实施的科技兴贸战略的目标、路径、高度等方面的定位模糊。在国家创新战略大前提下改造科技兴贸战略需要以系统论为理论基础的非线性创新方法论。
