| 摘 要： | 网络组织的治理成本 ,是指网络组织在运作过程中 ,为保证其有效重构和有序运作所发生的各种成本费用的总和。协调成本、妥协成本、刚性成本、传播成本、整合成本与维护 ,共同构成了网络组织治理成本框架 ,基本涵盖了网络组织运行过程中所涉及的所有成本。
