| 摘 要： | 积极有效的校园文化可以激发学生对管理工作的认可度和配合度,从而提高管理工作的效率,降低工作难度.高职院校的校园文化建设与本科院校不同,针对不同的受众群体和教育性质,我们需要创建出符合高职院校特点的校园文化,并通过校园活动的开展贯彻升华校园文化.
