| 摘 要： | 在实现打击犯罪目标的刑事诉讼过程中,会发生一些错拘、错捕、错判侵犯人权的现象。刑事赔偿便是对刑事诉讼当事人被侵犯的权利进行国家赔偿的重要制度。完善刑事赔偿制度,是实现刑事诉讼打击犯罪和保障人权双重目标的重要保证。

| Abstract: | On the criminal suit course of realizing the guilty aim attacked, some things that offending human rights will happen when detaining, arresting and judging somebodies. Criminal compensation is just a important system to compensate the rights offended of litigants for our country. Consummate criminal compensation institution is the important guarantee to realize the dual target of criminal suit attacting crimes and ensuring human rights. |
