An Economic Analysis of Intellectual Property Righ Protection in Network Environment |

| Abstract: | This articcle proposes an economic analysis of intellectual property rights in network environment. From the perspective of cost and benefit, intelletual property right protection should be achieved with the objective of gaining maximum economi and sociol benefits, and seeking the best balane mechanism betmecn opening and control, poplarization and protection. |
