Health Management and Health Insurance in the Era of the Internet of Things

Along with the improvement of people′s living standards and continuous social development,health management and health insurance will become an important area for social management and the insurance industry.Currently,health management and health insurance is facing with the difficulties of moral hazards due to information asymmetry,and is also constrained by the problem of management inefficiency.The advent,development and wide usage of the Internet of Things(COT) make it possible for solving these problems.We can make use of typical COT functions such as "more penetrating perceptions,more thorough interconnection and more deep-going intellectualization",establish household(individual) solutions,community(unit) solutions and hospital(pension house,rehabilitation center) solutions and innovate the operation models,and chart a new path for health management and health insurance in China.
